Vegetarian Adobo

INGREDIENTS
1 Whole Chicken (Vegetarian Free Chicken)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Teaspoon of Lemon
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup of Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Water

DIRECTIONS
Marinate Chicken Free Chicken in garlic, Bragg, pepper and vinegar for 15 minutes. Reserving marinade, transfer garlic into preheated oil and stir-fry until brown, being careful not to burn. Add marinade and Chicken Free Chicken. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
